Our Founding Story

PerpeX was born from a critical observation: the Malabar region suffered from underemployment post-education, with 60% of college graduates nationwide lacking job-ready sales and business skills.

In 2020, our founders—Navas Shereef, Mohammed Rafi, Shahinsha Thasveer, and Ashif each with expertise in sales, HR, finance, and operations, conceived a solution that would bridge this critical skill-market gap.

What started with an inaugural pilot in Kozhikode involving 30 students from three local colleges has now grown to serve 550+ individuals and facilitate recruitment for 50+ organizations, achieving 150% YoY growth and profitability within 6 months.

2020

Conceptualization

PerpeX conceived by four founders combining 8-15 years of expertise in sales, HR, finance, and operations. Inaugural pilot conducted in Kozhikode involving 30 students from three local colleges.

Official Launch & LLP Incorporation

PerpeX Insights LLP officially established with headquarters in Kozhikode, Kerala. Started operations with mission to transform Malabar's entrepreneurial ecosystem.
